Geniosteo · Legal framework
Terms of use
These terms govern access to the Geniosteo account and the Hub, Community, Resources, Directory and Practice spaces. Paid services are also subject to the sales terms shown before activation.
Account and access
Each person uses their own account, provides accurate information and protects their login methods. An account may belong to several practices; each practice separately decides which information and features that person may access.
Users promptly report a compromised account, unauthorised access or a change affecting their right to practise or their access permissions. Sharing passwords or using another person’s account is prohibited.
Permitted use
Geniosteo supports professional organisation, peer support and access to resources. Users must respect people’s rights, confidentiality, intellectual property and the rules of each space.
Unauthorised access, bulk extraction, circumvention of safeguards, malicious content, impersonation, harassment and posting patient data in public or Community spaces are prohibited.
Community, Directory and content
Authors remain responsible for contributions and grant Geniosteo the technical rights needed to display, moderate and retain them while published. Content may be restricted or removed when it infringes rules, third-party rights or service security.
A badge, grade, review or discussion is not a clinical certification or guarantee of competence. General resources do not replace professional analysis tailored to a specific situation.
Practice space
The customer organisation grants access permissions and limits them to each member’s tasks. It must have a legal basis for submitted data, inform patients and meet its professional duties. These responsibilities do not remove Geniosteo’s own obligations for its service.
Users check data, documents and calculations before using them. Geniosteo is an organisational tool and does not make healthcare decisions for practitioners.
Private messaging
Messaging lets a member contact the author of a Community listing or the holder of a claimed Directory profile. Users must not send patient data or unlawful, malicious, deceptive or harassing content.
Either participant may block the other member or report a message or conversation. Participants cannot edit messages; an authorised moderator may hide a reported message after review.
Availability, changes and suspension
The service may change for security, compliance, maintenance or improvement. Significant planned interruptions are announced when reasonably possible.
Access may be restricted to protect the service, meet an obligation or stop a serious breach. The restriction must be proportionate to the risk. It does not remove data rights; requests remain subject to the applicable rules.
