Your account gives you access to Community, Resources, Tools and Marketplace. Practice management remains optional and free up to 200 patients and 400 stored consultations. If you exceed either limit, a paid plan summary is shown for you to accept.

I already use software to manage consultations. Can I keep it?+
Yes. Geniosteo Pro is optional. You can keep your current software and use only Community, Resources, Directory or Marketplace. No migration to Pro is required.
Do I have to use every Geniosteo space?+
No. Each space is accessible through the same account and remains optional. Open only the spaces that meet your needs, now or later.
What is free?+
Creating an account and accessing Geniosteo spaces is free. Geniosteo Pro is also free up to 200 patients and 400 stored consultations. Pricing beyond those limits is shown before billing begins.
Do I need to create a practice to join the community?+
No. You can create your account, join Community and use public spaces without creating a practice in Pro.
Is patient data visible in other spaces?+
No. Patient data stays isolated inside the practice space. It is never published to Community, public Resources, Directory or Marketplace.
How does community experience work?+
Some contributions award XP points: voting on the daily prompt, replying to a conversation or publishing an approved topic. These points advance your Community grade and can unlock a Geniosteo Pro discount of up to 25%. The current scale remains visible in the grades section.
Can a student use Geniosteo and look for an internship?+
Yes. Students can join Community, use Resources and browse Marketplace. An active student account with a verified email can submit an internship request, which is moderated before publication.
